  2. 2If missing or expired, the kiosk blocks the operation.
  3. 3A training request raises in Cornerstone OnDemand and routes to the supervisor.
Only certified operators run certified operations, with auditable proof.
WI bump triggers retrain in {platform}
Trigger A work instruction is published at a new revision
  1. 1Ignite Lean identifies every operator who has worked under the old revision.
  2. 2The connector pushes retrain assignments to Cornerstone OnDemand.
  3. 3Operators must complete the retrain before they can work the new revision.
Process changes never silently propagate to the floor without training.
