Pricing, answered plainly
What counts as a paid seat?
Only admin, supervisor, engineering, and quality roles. These are the people who manage the shop — define products, run quality, schedule the floor. Operators and viewers are never charged.
Are operators really free?
Yes, unlimited. Licensing is concurrent admin/supervisor seats, not per-head. A 70-operator floor costs the same as a 5-operator floor — you only pay for the management seats signed in at once.
How do the volume tiers work?
The per-seat rate drops automatically as you add paid seats: $49 for 1–9, $44 at 10+. The first 2 admin seats are always included free. The calculator above shows your exact rate.
Is there a setup fee or annual lock-in?

What does the free trial include?
