This Privacy Policy explains how Ignite Lean LLC ("Ignite Lean", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.ignitelean.com, create an account, or use our manufacturing software platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Ignite Lean provides a manufacturing execution and quality platform for small and mid-size manufacturers. If you have questions about this Policy, contact us at privacy@ignitelean.com.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, company name, and the password you set. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Customer data. When you use the Service you enter data about your operation, such as parts, products, work instructions, production records, quality records, and maintenance records. We process this data on your behalf to provide the Service.
Usage and device data. We automatically collect log and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
Cookies and analytics. We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site. See Section 5.
We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to create and manage your account; to communicate with you about the Service; to provide support; to monitor and prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
Service providers (subprocessors). We use trusted third parties to run the Service, including Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (website and application hosting), and Google Analytics (website analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under contract.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Ignite Lean, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure site usage. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tools. Disabling cookies may affect how the Service works.
We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure we delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Europe, the UK, and similar regions (GDPR). You may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any right, email privacy@ignitelean.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. As an account administrator, you can also access and update much of your data directly in the Service.
We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
