Floor NC raises a QMS quality event
Trigger An NC is opened on the floor

  2. 2The connector raises it as a quality record in Greenlight Guru.
  3. 3Greenlight Guru routes it through its CAPA / investigation workflow.
  4. 4Closure in Greenlight Guru marks the linked NC as resolved in Ignite Lean.

Released SOP drives the kiosk
Trigger Greenlight Guru releases a new SOP revision
  1. 1The connector syncs the released revision to Ignite Lean.
  2. 2The kiosk swaps to the new revision on next build start.
  3. 3Operators re-acknowledge the change if retrain-on-bump is enabled.
