Recommended Workflows

How Made4net (Microlistics) works best with Ignite Lean. These are recommended patterns: Ignite Lean fires the trigger, and how Made4net (Microlistics) routes it (which work group, which device, which rule) is configured to your IT setup.

Andon part-call to replenishment
Trigger An operator pulls the andon "call for parts" at a station
  1. 1Ignite Lean fires a part-shortage event with the part number, quantity short, and the station that needs it.
  2. 2The connector creates a replenishment task in Made4net (Microlistics), assigned to your material-handling / put-away work group.
  3. 3A forklift or tow-train driver picks it up on their RF gun or tablet, pulls from the rack, and delivers to the line.
  4. 4When the driver confirms the drop, Made4net (Microlistics) reports the move and Ignite Lean clears the andon.
The line never sits idle waiting on parts, and every call is tracked end to end.
Build consumption keeps stock honest
Trigger A build consumes its components at the station
  1. 1Ignite Lean reports the material issue to Made4net (Microlistics) in real time.
  2. 2Made4net (Microlistics) decrements on-hand for each component used.
  3. 3If a part drops below its reorder point, Made4net (Microlistics) raises a purchase or transfer order.
Inventory stays accurate without double-keying, and reorders fire before you run out.
Finished goods to putaway
Trigger A build completes and passes final inspection
  1. 1Ignite Lean posts the finished-goods quantity and serials to Made4net (Microlistics).
  2. 2Made4net (Microlistics) directs putaway to the right location.
  3. 3The finished good is available to promise the moment it is on the shelf.
No gap between "built" and "sellable".
