How It Works

  1. 1NetSuite pushes new sales orders to Ignite Lean via a saved-search webhook or a scheduled REST sync.
  2. 2Operators build against the order on the kiosk; Ignite Lean records labor, serials, and scrap in real time.
  3. 3On completion, Ignite Lean fires an outbound webhook back to NetSuite to close the order and post actuals.
