How It Works

  1. 1FactoryTalk / Logix data is read via OPC-UA (Logix OPC-UA Server option) or an edge gateway publishing MQTT.
  2. 2Run the Ignite Lean opcua-bridge or mqtt-bridge against your endpoint.
  3. 3Map each tag to a station so cycle, state, and fault counts drive the floor map and auto work orders.
